Broadcast is a simple way for businesses to send a message to multiple customers at the same time. To start, tap the compose icon in the upper right hand corner of your screen. Next, tap broadcast, and enter the names or phone numbers of the customers you want to send that message to. Create promotions, business updates, or event announcements. You can include website links, a logo, or images to give those messages a professional feel.
