Hi, everyone! :) Let’s make a home-party because it’s Christmas! Shall we begin? I’m going to make sangria first :) A cup of wine is essential for a home-party! Rinse a lemon through clean water and slic it. I prepared an apple, too. Remove the seed inside and slice it. You can put any fruit you want :) If you add mandarine or orange, it would be better. I bought this new glass bottle for this, but it was really uncomfortable because of this narrow bottle neck…. I spilled a lot….. lol For the wine, you can pick any wine you want! But after we put orange juice in it, it’ll be much more sweeter, so I recommend you to pick less sweet one. Yay! Let’s drink them all! A cup of orange juice Cover it with a plastic lab, and it’s done! It takes at least four hours to make the fruit taste good:) I feel comfortable making alcohol first….

lol 01:52 - Secondly, I’ll make a salad :) I’m going to make it look like a Christmas wreath. Cut cherry tomatoes in half I prepared butterhead lettece and baby-leaf salad. I bought something new veggies for me. Butterhead lettuce doesn’t taste bitter at all, and leaves are soft! Just take as much as I want to eat. The leaves are too big to make a Christmas Wreath, so I cut them into small pieces. Put a cup at the center of the plate and put the lettuce around it.

02:30 - To make a volume of the wreath, I’ll add baby-leaf. Let’s eat up vegetables for a month today! Put some cherry tomatoes on. I prepared some ricotta cheese to go with it. Spoon it up with teaspoon. It looks like a snow :) Because there’s no meat, I prepared some Jamon It might be salty so I cut them in half. Roll it and put it on the salad. I shot it on the dest because of the sunset, it looks really cozy…. <3 I’ll make a simple dressing.

03:10 - Squeeze half a lemon A lot of olive oil Because jamon is salty, put just little bit of salt. Grind a lot of pepper. Finally, remove the cup, then Christmas Wreath Salad with Jamon is done! The sunset is gone, let’s go back to the kitchen. Third one is beef bourguignon. I watched them a lot on youtube, and finally I’ll make it! Slice an onion. Caution : Make this just when you have a lot of time! Because we need to boil it for 2 hours…… Cut mushroom into 4 pieces. I like carrots in the stew :) Cut them into bite-sized pieces. Cut the big pieces in half one more time.

04:20 - If the vegetables are too small, they will crumble so becareful of it. It’s my very first celery that I bought! Actually I want to skip it, but I bought it because it went into all the recipes for Beauf Burgignon. 4 pieces of Bacon Cut them into small pieces. Let’s make a bouquet garni! Rosemary Thyme Italian Parsley laurel leaves Roll it like this! :) I didn’t have a reference video, so I found the encyclopedia :) Fragrant bouquet garni is done! Chop some Italian parsley for decoration. I can smell all the herbs in my kitchen <333 I’ve prepared 600 grams of American top blade.

05:27 - I bought this for 18,000 won at E-mart :) Remove the blood with kitchen towel Cut them into a big-cube shaped pieces. It will be really soft after boiling for hours, so you don’t have to buy expensive and good beef. But it’ll be better with thick one. I feel really happy that I have 600g of beef! Marinade them on a plate. Pepper Salt Let it stay at the room temperature. Grease the pan with oil, and put some bacon. Because it’s stew, I thought I’ll just put them at once and just boil them. But it’s not…. Beauf Burgignon takes a lot of time and energy. I hope it’s worth it :) Probably it is! Take the bacons out. We always pick it up and eat while cooking, right? Pour the bacon-fried oil into a large pot. Let’s grill the beef! I am so happy to have a pot full of thick beef :) Cook it only on the outside. Golden brown color and sizzling sound…. so comfortable…. When the beef is cooked enough, drop the prepared vegetables.

07:15 - Stir-fry until the vegetables are soaked with beef oil. Stir-fry the onions until they’re transparent. That’s it! Originally, Beauf Burgignon should be boiled in an oven for an hour. I just boiled it on the stove for a long time because I don’t want to smell beef in my oven… Half bottle of wine The original one is made with Pinot Noir wine so I brought you the cheapest Pinot Noir wine. 1tbsp of tomato paste Loosen the lumps well. When it starts to boil, add the bouquet garni, and add some salt. (I didn’t filmed it…. sorry) Boil it down on low heat for 2 hours and it’s over! I checked it several times and when the wine boiled down, added some water! I’ll make a mashed potato to go with it. Cut it in half to cook it in a short time. Put them in the pot, pour some water, and boil it for 10mins.

08:33 - If you poke it well with chopsticks, it’s all cooked! Let’s mash the potatoes! Do you feel good when you smash things up like this? Actually I do,,,, Once you sift it out, you can get softer texture. But it’s a hassle…… so I recommend you to skip it… a piece of butter a little bit of milk A lot of Parmesan cheese Mix it well to make the butter melt. Grind some salt, mix them again, and it’s done! This is the best side dish for beef…. <3 Put it on a plate. Since I love potato, I made a lot! Top some Italian parsley. Put it on the table, and cut some bread to go with it.

09:53 - Since I like soft bread, I got Ciabatta Put it on a plate in a row. I think today I used all the dishes I have…. lol Boeuf Burgignon is almost done! Take the bouquet garni out, and put the bacons. Mix it well. Finally, top some parsley again. It’s done!!!!! Turn on the candle to make Christmas mood. 4 hours of home party food journey is over! Bon appetite :) A lot of mashed potatoes I can eat a bowl of it, don’t you….

? 11:18 - A lot of boeuf bourgignon I’m so excited! Wow…. that is sooooo soft! The beef was crushed almost like a pulled pork. Seems like we don’t have to prepare a knife…! Pour some sangria. Cheers! It’s sour and delicious, but it’s alcohol! Let’s have some jamon salad. I can’t believe that I made this….! It’s so delicious with bread, too. But for some reason, it tastes like Korean braised short ribs…

12:30 - What are you going to do for this Christmas? Because it’s hard to go outside, I’ll binge watching ‘Sweet home’ with my boyfriend! Hope you have a really happy Christmas! Merry Christmas, bye! :).
