Hello dear viewers! Good afternoon, dear participants of the Duyunov’s Motors project! You are on the Duyunov’s Motors channel and Alexander Sudarev is with you as always. In this video, we will take you to the SovElmash construction site, where the future design and engineering technological bureau (DETB) will be built. As many of you have understood, the year has come to its logical conclusion, which means that we are missing New Year’s attributes. And by the way, here they are! But seriously speaking, in this video Dmitry Duyunov will make an official statement. Make yourself comfortable. Enjoy viewing! Good afternoon, dear investors, partners, colleagues! We are now for the first time at the construction site, with my participation.

We have just a bit more than two days left until the new year. Despite the fact that the holiday is near, the work continues. And if someone asked a question about what is happening with us, when construction starts, now I can officially tell you the following - that everything has already happened. It is quiet on the site today though, because a meeting is taking place. There are many cars. Representatives of the management of HAKA Moscow, SovElMash, ASTRON, and other subcontractors are present. A meeting is in progress.

01:44 - Because the work will continue until the New Year’s Eve and immediately after. In the excavation in front of me, the platform has been levelled to zero. The work has been suspended for one simple reason - today the temperature is -8, it is chilly, so the work has been suspended. It will resume tomorrow because the temperature will be appropriate. What can I say - construction has begun, and has been underway for some time already. Believe me, there were objective reasons for us not to tell everything right away. But these reasons have been eliminated and we are completing this difficult but fruitful year. What can you say about this year? The year was very difficult, everyone had their nerves to the limit. And we must pay tribute to the entire team of SovElMash that everyone showed patience, showed the highest professionalism, endurance, in difficult situations no one fell into panic or hysteria, although the situations were very tense. All these difficulties have been dealt with, everything has been done, construction is underway, obstacles have been removed.

And I would say that the construction site does not need me now. Because all contracts have been signed, all contracts have been concluded, preliminary advances have been paid, and they have been paid so on time that now Severstal has raised metal prices, but we have already paid for everything. Can you imagine how much money we have saved! But what nerves it cost, people were falling off their feet! And it’s surprising that no one broke, no one fell to the level of insults, mutual claims, and so on. Everyone kept endurance and patience, including the staff of SOLARGROUP. At the same time, all of us went through a very difficult stage, and at this stage everything was on time.

Despite the delays in funding, they were compensated by the delay by officials and so on. Everything worked out the way it worked out and it turned out quite well. Now a unique moment has come in the project when all risks have been removed. Construction has begun, construction is underway, very big forces are involved, finances, big companies, big players. And such players do not take part in dubious processes and projects. And at the present stage, why it is unique - because my role is already minimal. The task has been completed, the risks have been removed. And now everything will depend on how investments will be attracted so that construction processes are paid on time. Equipment for the commissioning and acceptance of this facility by the state commission was purchased, delivered, checked and is situated at the site at the address: Panfilovsky Prospect, 10. Therefore, it is enough to build a building, bring in equipment and we can hand it over to state commission.

Hurray, comrades! Congratulations and a deep bow! You did it! You did it! 06:29 - The project has been calculated down to the color of the handles on the doors, interior details, how many chairs, what color the table will be, what kind of ceiling, what kind of light bulb, what kind of lamp, everything has been calculated to the last bolt. All this is in the documentation. The project is filled with all the specialists necessary for the construction and for supervising the construction, the issued estimates and invoices, acts of completion. All people are there, and they are all high-level specialists, control is being carried out. Yes, we understand that prices will vary, because you see what is happening in the world. We are in real life. Covid has not passed us by, many employees were ill with this infection.

07:49 - The stage has been passed and I will repeat myself again - everything further will depend on the receipt of investments. “SovElMash” has completed its task, SOLARGROUP has completed its task at this stage. Everything further depends only on you, dear investors. We guarantee that these funds will not sink into the abyss, but will be implemented in this facility. I hope that at the end of next year you will observe here a ready- made facility, which will already be in the stage of installation and equipment testing. My job is now completely different.

The current work on the construction site will be carried out by all the specialists who have been recruited, trained, they will control, and I will only carry out final control. “The work that I have to do will be related to other things. My task will be to prepare the end of 2021 and the beginning of 2022. ” This means that I now have to work on the development of the project in the direction of commerce - this is the preparation and conclusion of contracts for development, for the supply of motors, for advertising the project, for restoring relationships, for demonstrating the benefits of the project. So that by the time the project is handed over to the state commission, we have ready-made contracts.

This is crazy work, but it is of a different nature. Yes, as a former builder, it would be interesting for me to participate directly in this act of project implementation, but at the same time, I perfectly understand that they will cope here without me. I’m not needed here. I congratulate you with this. It took us a long time to get here, we formed not only documentation, but also a team that can perform such tasks. And to scatter such a team, to scatter such a project that cannot be bought even abroad, is impossible. This is a unique project, I mean in terms of documentation and everything put together.

10:53 - Well, if we look here, in Zelenograd - there is one French watch factory, another factory was brought from California, another one is a Czech project, and so on. It’s all borrowed. We together have a unique project, it’s our own with our own documentation. And when we made a preliminary calculation, it turned out to be a very interesting picture. That our tangible and intangible assets, including intellectual property, in principle, practically exceeded the amount of investments that went into SovElMash. So we are already creating surplus value together. But now the main thing is to implement it correctly.

And we will do this in 2021, and ensure the beginning of 2022. Happy New Year everyone! We still have two days of hard work ahead of us. In the next few hours we will be busy with work tomorrow, and on December 31st we will be busy with work.
