Open up your web browser. Go to this link: https://avatarcropper.com/ Click open file. Choose the avatar you want to use. Click Open. As you can see it tell you how to use it. When done reading click X. Drag the circle to where you want the avatar and border to be. Click on the No Border button. Choose any border you want to use. Click on this^ Choose the color you want to use for your border. Click OK. Click Render/Save. Choose Circle. Click Save. Save the avatar to your PC. When it done download click on the image.
