2nd day has started as unemployed! I decided to have a break for me as I was a student, office worker, and youtuber for past 6 months… I’ll focus on studying for 6months :) Now wake up and prepare some breakfast! I’ll make a salmon Ochazuke Slice some green onion for topping This is Silken Beancurd which is one of my fav. :) Remove the wrapper and put it in the microwave. Come on! When I gotta go work, I just put some sauce on quickly, but now I’m free, so put it on along this cute heart :) Infuse the green tea first I put some green tea powder to make it more green :) Now grease the pan and put a piece of frozen salmon a bit of salt Grind some pepper Grill all side of salmon like this. That looks so delicious! Put rice on the bowl and sprinkle some Furikake Grilled salmon Green onion Pour green tea at the edge. Salmon Ochazuke is done! Bon appetite! A spoon of salmon with rice, YUM! It’s simple but delicious, yay! But since it’s frozen, it was a bit dry… a sip of warm soup :) I’ll try some tofu then Since it’s oriental sauce, it’s sweet, sour, and salty! Now I’m full enough :) Let’s water my tiny tree :) All the leaves were covered with dust, let’s wipe it! Please be orange soon…..
03:06 - Because there’s nothing to eat, I’ll go to E-mart! I’ll go to the E-mart in Sindorim by bicycle! I met duck family on the way! Whoo! Finally arrived at Sindorim station! Let’s start shopping Containers for small pack of rice Sliced beef to make beef rolls for my lunch Fresh cream to make sweet pumpkin a sweet pumpkin peeled garlic – Korean’s must-have item I’ll use 5 potatoes :) 2 packs of chives a pack of shiitake which is really cheap! Since I rarely eat veggies, I need to start eating this! My favorite dressing, Oriental dressing I think this Teriyaki sauce from Peacock is the most delicious! I bought Rasberry vinegar to make some ade Got some Earl Grey tea for baking! Let’s organizing things quickly Un-boxing time! Finally, I got this iron cast pot! I thought about buying the Skeppshult one but I decided to get MARI STEIGER one because it’s way cheaper! You can choose glass or iron as a pot-lid, I chose glass one. Yay ! Since I got this new pot, let’s make a rice with this! Let’s put some rice into the water Whoo! I was really surprised.. You need to pop it like this But every time I pop it, I really am surprised Why they make it in this way…… Make cuts at the bottom of tomato. I removed the stalk! Cut the shiitake into small pieces It might be 3,000 won with this amount on Market Kurly, but it’s 1,000 won on E-mart which is soooo cheap! Cut the chives into 5cm long Grease the pot with oil so that the rice doesn’t stick 300g of rice Put the tomato at the center Shiitake on the edge With a lot of chives 250ml of water Boil it at the high heat first before it’s boiling up Boil it at medium heat, turn it off and simnmer for 15mins each. Let’s make beef roll in the meantime. Put sliced beef on the cutting board first.
06:37 - Put some chives in the middle and a piece of shiitake. Roll it and it’s done! You can put asparagus instead of chives. Grease the pan first and put beef rolls in Because it’s really thin, you can cook it quickly! You can eat it just with pepper and salt, but I’m gonna eat it with Teriyaki sauce today Put it on with cooking brush, and grill it until the sauce can penetrate Grind some pepper and it’s done! [ Plating time ] Let’s add some wasabi Finally, beef roll is done! I hope my very first pot-rice succeed…! Yayyyyyyyyyyyyy It cannot succeed more than this! Mix the rice with tomato. The smell of rice makes me crazy…! A bowl of rice Let’s go eat! I’ll have a spoon of rice first I actually didn’t think that tomato goes well with rice But I do now! That’s so colorful, delicious, and healthy! I know it must be delicious because it’s beef ! with some wasabi, this time I love this combination, beef and wasabi A sip of raspberry ade that I bought today I saw some ppl ate tomato rice with olive oil, Sadly I don’t have good olive oil at home….. But it was really good lunch! Let’s do homework then ! I enrolled 21 credits this semester and the assignments are…. like….
08:57 - Whoo…… I really need a vacation! BTW I wear pajamas and apple watch at the same time.. lol I think I need to take a rest wearing pajamas, but I need to work out wearing apple watch at the same time! It’s dinner time already! I’ll make a gambas al ajillo to have a beer time alone! Grind some salt on the shirimps Grind some pepper, too. [ Salt and pepper massage ] Get some garlic and slice it like this! We can’t miss bread with gambas al ajillo It’s so delicious to eat it with olive oil and shrimp! Heat it up quickly on the pan Only the center of bread always become like this… Put a lot of olive oil on the pan It ran out, so I added some Canola oil Fry some garlic first. We, Koreans put a lot of garlic in every food lol Add some pepperoncino, too Put shrimps in Fry it shortly, not too much. That looks so delicious!! Move it to this pasta plate.
10:43 - I’m so happy to put this amount of shrimps! Put the bread on the edge. Easy and simple gambas al ajillo! I’ll have this stella artois Yay! so happy!! I know I’m quite good at pouring beer plump shrimp with garlic! Bon appetite :) I love this chewy texture and greasy enough! We cannot eat shrimps this much in restaurant but we can in our home :) and it’s way more cheaper! Let’s refresh my mouth with beer. With bread, this time! Dip it into olive oil and put some shrimp and garlic YUM! Happy Dinner Again-! I hooked on binge watching “Walking dead 9” It’s getting more and more tense!! BTW I watched this having dinner… lol I NEED WALKING DEAD 10 ON NETFLIX SOON!! I need to go to bed then Good night, everybody! Morning, everyone! I’m in hurry because I need to go to hair salon at 1PM. Let’s make sweet pumpkin soup for brunch. Slice half of onion for sweetness. Cut some potatoes, too I referred the recipe to Mrs.macaron :) Next, sweet pumpkin! Cut it into this size.
12:46 - Where are you going…? Remove all the seeds inside I like this actually lol I like the feeling when I can remove them at once! Put it in the microwave for 8 minutes It’s soft enough now! Peel it off with knife :) Remove it all the green part to make the soup orange :) It’s easier with the peeler actually! Cut the sweet pumpkin into this small size I’m sooooo hungry 1tsp of butter Melt it on the pot Onions Stir-fry it for 10 mins until it gets golden-brown. Potatoes Stir-fry again Put stir-fried veggies into blender sweet pumpkin Add milk to mix it well Blend it ! Pour it in the pot again Because I have mini-blender, I repeated it 3 times They have different colors lol Just mix it well ! 250ml of milk 250ml of fresh cream Mix it well and boil it for 10mins at low heat Because I put a lot of milk, it gets so thin For the milk, put 250ml in total! Let’s make some salad Cute radish I’ll add half of tomato, too Since I rarely eat veggies these days, I’m trying to eat it more and more Oriental dressing Put it on the table Put the soup in the bowl I think it’s close to sweet pumpkin latte…. Never mind, it must be delicious! I’m decorating it with fresh cream lol Well.. forget it lol Let’s go eat! I got just a piece of bread to dip it into this soup! Let’s have some :) So sweet and tasty ! Have some salad I love this crunchy texture! I think there’s no taste from radish… Let’s just dip it in THAT IS SO DELICIOUS! It’s warm, moist and it gets full! I’m really in a hurry because I need to go out! What’s in my bag in a sudden…! Since my bag is so tiny, there’s nothing special. Let’s go out then!
