hi first check for virtualization is enabled or not using command prompt Search for cmd in search bar and hit enter type command systeminfo.exe and hit enter see virtualization enabled option as “NO” let’s go back to desktop and open settings Click on the start menu and click on setting icon then click on update and security tab then click on recovery option from left sidebar under advanced startup click on restart let’s wait to enter BIOS setting MODE Here we have enter in bios setting now click on troubleshoot option now click on UEFI Firmware Settings Now click on restart button now here we have to press f10 key to start boot process this is main menu of bios setting now click on system configuration here we can see Virtualization technology is currently disabled now click on disabled to see toggle options click on enable tab and hit enter click on f10 to exit and save changes and press yes lets wait to restart the PC it will take some time here we have desktop lets check if it is enabled or not simply type cmd in search bar and hot enter and then type command “systeminfo.exe” and hit enter here we can see that virtualization is enables as YES thanks for watching do like if your problem is solved .
