Hello, I’m Lucie Mérel, alliance manager at Isobar Switzerland. What does digital transformation represent for you ? Digital transformation for me is something we live in daily, whether in professional life or in personal life. I have lived a long time in Asia and it was funny how on their social network WeChat they were able to make financial transactions, just on social network and that dates back a few years already. So I found that quite impressive. In professional life, whether with collaboration tools, how we can train with e-learning etc. It’s something we really experience daily.

00:45 - What is the contribution of business analysis in the transformation of your business ? At Isobar Switzerland we have teams of business analysts. Today I see it as a function that links business needs and the more technical IT part. Business analysis is a profession that is going to be more and more valued in the coming years. I see it for instance at the conference we just had on the RPA. We clearly felt that the business analysis part will be promoted.

01:22 - Your impressions of the congress ? The congress gives a good overview of what’s happening today in Switzerland in the field of business analysis, how it will evolve. It extends to more than business analysis, to digital transformation and it allows to understand market trends. .
