Dominque Lacelles - Metallurgist

I have a passion for rocks (minerals) since I was ten years old. I started out playing curling, then now, I crush them [laughs]. [Music playing] As a metallurgist, I separate the valuable minerals from the rest of the mining rock. Every mineral is different. Therefore, it’s a matter of finding the best way to extract it from the mine, and then we do this by looking at the properties of the rock. [Music playing] I like to travel a lot, and my projects have allowed me having the opportunity to visit several mines all over the world.
