Wash your hands while using this meditation mantra

One of my coping strategies is to use washing my hands as a mindful moment. We’ll be washing our hands more frequently, in the effort to keep ourselves and others healthy. I’ve been using a loving-kindness meditation mantra to support me with washing my hands for at least 20 seconds. It also gives me the opportunity to offer good will to myself, to others in my community, and the world at large.

we created an app to vlog perfect scripts

Talking into a camera is incredibly daunting for a lot of people, me included. Every single time I think of recording a new video for a new topic the first thing that I focus on is doing my research and writing the script I’m definitely not from the “talk in front of the camera on command” gene pool but even after writing the script I still have issues trying to record the video.

    Aleix Cabrera on being quarantined

Hi ISGlobalians! As some of you might know, two weeks ago, I was one of those five colleagues who were affected by quarantine measures as we had been in touch with one positive case of COVID-19. Consequently, I was suggested to share this first experience with all of you. So let’s get started! I stay at home! Firstly, I would like to focus on working from home. It was my first time “teleworking”.

Attack Wifi - not Jammer (EngSub)

As you know, when press “FLASH” button. ESP8266 will automatically find and attack all surrounding wifi networks So what about the ESP8266 that only has a navigation button, but doesn’t have a “FLASH” button? This is the esp8266 that I use often, it doesn’t have the “FLASH” button either. So I added the ability to attack, open and close the web interface for these three navigation buttons When you press the “UP” button and the “DOWN” button at the same time.

Meet Akiko Kumada — Researching the future of power

My name is Akiko Kumada of the high-voltage laboratory at the University of Tokyo I graduated from the University of Tokyo 25 years ago And I worked in an electric power company for two years and after that I worked here The research in this lab is related to high voltage insulation high current interruption and very basic research on materials So for example to understand current interruption phenomena we have to know the fundamental characteristics of an arc discharge So we developed a temperature and electron density sensor to investigate the arc discharge whose temperature is very very high Nowadays, there is a big change in the power grid Because the existing power grid is operated as an AC system But nowadays have to introduce more renewable energies, wind and solar To introduce such renewable energy, it’s better to use DC technology so the power grid is being updated We are developing new diagnosis technology for aging power apparatus so we can guess the lifetime of such power apparatus And [talking about] insulation material, the insulation strength is determined by the weakest point I developed optical sensors for measuring internal phenomena of material such as partial discharge or branching trees The biggest challenge of our research is a correct understanding of high voltage phenomena, because it is easily influenced by the observation itself In this lab there are two professors (including me), one technician and around 10 students.

Wearable Headcam- Ordro EP7, Unboxing and Review

Hey everyone! As you can see I’m still in Bangkok waiting for things in Shenzhen to get back to normal, but fortunately, I brought a few items with me to review. Today I am looking at a wearable camera. While first-person video is very popular on YouTube, good wearable cameras are still fairly bulky. GoPro style cameras have great quality video, but are large and require a helmet or a head-strap.

    Coronavirus Update- Im Under Quarantine!

Hey everyone! I’m safe and sound back in Shenzhen. The only catch is I’m under two week home quarantine. Don’t worry I’m fine, it’s just a precaution for all travelers coming in from Thailand. It’s not really a big deal, they have people bring any food and packages I order to my front door and leave it there. And I have a lot of work to catch up on anyway.

    Shell out

A couple of days ago I uploaded a teaser with Pop Shell, but since then, Michael Murphy a.k.a mmstick, pushed a million patches in 10 minutes, and that is his f*cking average! And I want to say something about Michael! If that guy was ever starting to contribute upstream in Shell, we would have seen some totally crazy things happening in seconds! Fortunately for me, Michael is so good developer that by next year he will be in Amazon, and hopefully he will fix some issues on Polly :p Ouch!

MicroDetector Ultrasonic Sensor Program Teach Block (lockout)

In this video, we show how to unlock and lock the programming functions in a MicroDetector ultrasonic sensor with a teach button. We are using one of our UK series of sensors in this video. If the sensor is new, it should be unlocked. In this example, we will demonstrate how to unlock the sensor first, then how to lock the sensor. The sensor can be unlocked by following the Teach Block printed instructions.

TORO eFLEX Greensmaster 2100 - mein Profi Spindelmäher ist so gut wie fertig!

[Music] Yes dear lawn freaks, the Lawnfreak has completely failed here. I am firmly convinced that this is the soil we have taken there. The topsoil that was under the grass clippings, and the grass clippings that really acidified. It will be really, really manured, and it will all have penetrated the ground. I can only imagine it. You should actually have a soil analysis of the stuff done here.
