    AudioKey Hands-On: Configuring Connectivity Options | MED-EL

    You can use AudioKey to configure the settings on your AudioLink. The settings you change here will become the default settings everytime you use AudioLink. Select “Connectivity Options” from the menu. Make sure AudioLink is paired with your phone. Select “AudioLink” from the list and tap “Next”. You can configure the settings for three separate AudioLink situations. For example, when you’re making a phone call. For each situation, you can select whether you want to stream automatically to your left processor, right processor, or both processors.

    To use all the features of AudioKey, you first need a myMED-EL account. Open the app and tap “Start”. You will be taken to the myMED-EL webpage. If you already have a myMED-EL account, enter your details and tap “Log In”. If you don’t have an account, tap “Sign Up” at the top. Enter your email address and a password, and tap “Sign Up”. View the main account policy.

    AudioKey Hands-On: Finding an Audio Processor | MED-EL

    AudioKey helps you find a lost processor by showing you where you last connected to AudioKey, so you can retrace your steps. Select “Find My Processor” from the menu. A map will appear with audio processor icons marked on. This shows the exact location where you last used AudioKey with any audio processor that you have, or that you are a guardian for. Tap on an audio processor to see which one it is, and when you last connected to it.

    If you are using AudioKey for the first time, make sure that you have Bluetooth enabled on your phone, and that your audio processor is switched on. The pairing screen should have automatically appeared. If not, go to your profile and tap ”Pair Now” Select your option, then tap” Next”. AudioKey will automatically pair with your device. Once your audio processor is paired, tap “Next.” Assign a user to the audio processor.

    AudioKey Hands-On: Personalising a Profile | MED-EL

    You can personalize your AudioKey profile, or the profiles of users you have an administrate guardian role for. Select your profile from the main menu. In the menu in the top right corner, select “Personalize Profile”. Here you can add or change your personal details, such as name, date of birth, and your contact details. You can also change your profile picture. Tap on the picture and then select a photo from your gallery.

    AudioKey Hands-On: Using Guardian Roles | MED-EL

    AudioKey’s Guardian Roles allow you to control audio processors belonging to your child, or another person you look after. You can be a guardian for multiple users. For example, parents can use a single phone to control the audio processors of all their children, and teachers can control the audio processors of multiple CI users in their class. To become a guardian, first pair the processors you want to control.

    Good morning, this is Dean Neeley. I’m the Deputy Chief Pilot at the Armstrong Flight Research Center out in Southern California with NASA. This morning, I would talk to you a little bit about Airborne Science and particularly the ER-2, the high altitude aircraft that we use. It’s still the highest aircraft in the world, so we use that and several other aircraft to take science instruments up through the Earth’s atmosphere in different environments and be able to study the composition, the effects, the movement of the air and our atmosphere, cloud formations, aerosols, pollution, things like that.

    Hello, my name is Dave Fedors. I’m a NASA research test pilot at NASA’s facility at in Palmdale and Edwards Air Force Base, California. One of the airplanes I fly is the DC-8. It’s used for Earth science and I wanted to talk about the airplane and some of its missions with you. It’s the first generation jet transport. There’s very few of them still flying. NASA’s airplane was built in 1967 and NASA got it in 1986.
