WEG Variable Frequency Drive Tutorials - Using PID Setpoint Options and Live Demo
The setpoint for the PID process is in parameter 911. We have been manually entering that from the keypad in all of the videos in this series. The cool thing about the WEG CFW series of drives is that the setpoint can come from lots of different places. Parameter 920 controls where the setpoint comes from. It can come from the HMI like we have been doing. It can come from an external device via one of the communications modules.

New research reported in the American Journal of Sports Medicine suggests that a resorbable polyurethane implant could help patients recover from meniscal deficiency. Researchers showed that the implant was able to improve knee function and reduce knee pain in patients with partial meniscal defects. Meniscal lesions are the most common injury requiring orthopedic surgery today. In Europe, surgeons perform 400,000 such procedures each year—and in the US, more than a million.

AudioKey Hands-On: Changing Listenings Settings | MED-EL
To change your settings on your audio processor, select „Listening Settings“ from the menu. On this page, you can control settings such as volume or adjust the sensitivity. You can choose whether to receive input from your audio processor microphone, telecoil, or a mixture of both. And select the program you want to listen with. Each time you change a setting, the indicator light on your audio processor will blink to show the command has been received.

AudioKey Hands-On: Checking Hearing Statistics | MED-EL
With AudioKey, you can view your personal hearing statistics. Select “My Stats” from the menu. Then select which processor you wish to see statistics for. You can then see different information, such as how long you or the person you look after wears their audio processor each day, and which programs are most used. These hearing stats can also be used by your audiologist to help fit your audio processor to your hearing.
