Week 2 ABCD: Data Access and DEAP
Hello my name is Wes Thompson, I’m a professor of biostatistics at the university of california san diego and I’m the director of biostatistics for the ABCD study and an associate director of the data analysis and informatics resource center which is also located at ucsd. So today I’m going to talk about the data exploration analysis portal or DEAP, ABCD DEAP. This is an informatics tool that the the data analysis and informatics resource center has made available to all qualified users for the ABCD data.
